Do
you work and have difficulty finding somewhere for your children
to be cared for that doesn’t cost the earth?
Club Murrays has been designed with you
in mind.
We are a club for Murrays Bay Intermediate School students,
who can be supervised while doing homework.
We also play board games, cards etc. The children can also
take a ball to the courts or fields. As we are based in the
library, we have access to the books and the computers as
well.
A small afternoon tea is provided and the children get to
make hot chocolate in the staffroom.
Here are some comments from some Club Murrays
members:
Michaela likes making hot chocolate for afternoon tea.
Roen likes cookies for afternoon tea and playing Trouble.
Jason likes meeting new people and playing Monopoly and Trouble.
Ana likes being with children her own age.
To enroll your child you can email the Club Murrays supervisor,
Leanne Strand on: leanne.strand@mbi.school.nz or pick up an
enrolment letter from the school reception.
Hours are from 3pm to 6pm.
Cost is $10 up to 5pm and $16 up to 6pm.
