Every year MBIS participates in the Totara Springs Sports Camp
64 students travelled to Totara Springs, Matamata, this year
We took away two teams of 32 students each; a 'Sharks' team composed of year 8 students and our 'Dolphins' team, composed of year 7s. The week involved competing in a range of sports, with each student involved in roughly 6 different sporting codes. It was a physically and mentally demanding week, yet the students achieved a huge level of success against all challenges.
The Sharks placed first overall and the Dolphins were 3rd.
